Capt. Chris Nations, the Pacific Air Forces F-16 Aerial Demonstration Team pilot based at Misawa AB, Japan, performed daily aerial demonstrations during the Brunei Darussalam International Defense Exhibition 2011, or BRIDEX, air show, which ran from 2-9 July 2011. This marked the first time US Air Force and Pacific Air Forces participated in BRIDEX. The show coincided with the Golden 50th Anniversary of Royal Brunei Armed Forces and drew more than 160 exhibitors and 150 delegates from more than thirty countries.
