Aviation Ordnanceman Airman Allisa Davis-Grimes, assigned to Patrol Squadron 45 (VP-45), downloads a Mk 46 torpedo from a P-3C Orion maritime patrol aircraft on 6 July 2011. VP-45, known as the Pelicans, is deployed to Sigonella, Sicily, in support of Operation Unified Protector, the NATO operation enforcing UN Security Council resolutions against Libya. The squadron is homeported at NAS Jacksonville, Florida.
