US Army and Air Force aeromedical evacuation personnel unload simulated casualties from a C-130 Hercules at Bush Field, Augusta, Georgia, on 19 July 2010. The Soldiers and Airmen were participating in Global Medic 2010, a joint field training exercise for theater aeromedical evacuation system and ground medical components. The exercise is designed to replicate all aspects of combat medical service support. The C-130H is assigned to the 914th Airlift Wing, the Air Force Reserve Command unit at Niagra Falls, New York.
